1.0− I was provided with an out-of-date parking permit, which led to multiple parking charge notices. I forwarded all three notices to the owner, Mohammed, who ignored each one. As a result of his inaction, the matter escalated to a bailiff collection agency. I have now been forced to pay £160.00 to settle the issue. Since parking was included in the rental cost, it was Mohammed’s clear responsibility to supply a valid permit. This situation has arisen solely due to his negligence, and I expect full reimbursement without further delay.
