Die Unterkunft hat mir gut gefallen, auch wenn ich mir einen etwas entspannteren und gastfreundlicheren Umgang gewünscht

Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und auch der Pool ist großartig. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Zudem war die Küche gut ausgestattet und einer der beiden Gastgeber war sehr willkommen heissend.

− Die Unterkunft an sich war schön. Allerdings gibt es eine etwa 4 seitige Liste mit sehr detaillierten Verhaltens- und Sauberkeitsregeln. Natürlich sind klare Regeln grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar und gut, aber in diesem Umfang hatte ich oft das Gefühl, etwas falsch machen zu können. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt etwas angespannt. Enttäuschend fand ich den Umgang mit einer einfachen Nachfrage zur Eichenprozessionsspinner-Problematik. Anstatt meine Frage sachlich zu beantworten, wurde mir gesagt, ich solle nicht alles glauben, was in den Medien berichtet wird und das die einzigen Spinner die Medien seien. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass meine Frage politisch ausgelegt wurde. Zudem hatte ich das Gefühl durch auf meine Nachfrage belehrt und abgestempelt zu werden, anstatt einfach eine freundliche Auskunft zu erhalten. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr schön, der Umgang mit Gästen und die Atmosphäre haben den Aufenthalt für mich jedoch leicht getrübt.

Sehr netter Gastgeberkontakt. Gute Ausstattung, Idyllische Lage.

− Pool kann nur bei entsprechend warmen Außentermperaturen genutzt werden (wenn man nicht gern kalt badet).

Super Wohnung

− Da wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs waren, ist die Anbindung nicht perfekt. Sollte man berücksichtigen, falls man nicht mobil ist. Hat aber nichts mit der Unterkunft selber zu tun. Diese war top, wie der Spreewald auch.
