Großes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Gastgeberin hat uns vor Ort eingewiesen und war sehr freundlich. Ruhige Lage.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this imposingly situated house set well nack from the road, Wonderful friendly welcome by Jane who showed us around her beautiful house. Nice touch having breakfast cereal, tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, preserves and marmalade etc all included and available. Just right for arrival after a long drive. Bright airy bedrooms and wonderful kitchen and conservatory, We all loved it.

It is perfect place to enjoy a long holiday. The Poppyfield House also provides the convenience for those wanting to share their holiday and experiences. Comfortable. We were there for the month of June. After the first day we felt like being at home. We had family and friends visit and they too loved the home. Jane is a wonderful, kind, and the most warm host. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Ireland.
