9.0Appartement vaste mais un peu sombre . Equipement complet. Patio agréable, même si les chaises ne sont pas très confortables. Des fauteuils ou mieux des chaises longues seraient appréciées. Salle de bain récente, système de douche sophistiqué, mais débit de la douchette trop faible.
