Очень просторно было для нашей большой семьи из 7 человек. Очень удобное расположение - с гор съезжаешь сразу в ски депо. Технологично - нет никаких ключей, это приятно и удобно, все через электронные системы.

Супер отличное расположение! 2 минуты до подъемника, подземная парковка (не нужно откапывать авто после снега плюс Ваша машина в безопасности), в здании прокат инвентаря, комната для хранения инвентаря, бар-ресторан. В общем все удобства для вашего активного отдыха. Огромная кухня-гостинная, просторные три спальни на втором этаже с видом на склон. Отдыхали с детьми (2 взрослых 4 детей). Очень отзывчивый хозяин, был с нами на связи 24/7. Любой наш вопрос решался оперативно.

Very clean and plenty of space for a large family of 6. Probably the best unit we have stayed at in New Gudauri over 6-7 trips. Awesome communication from the owner.

− There was cigarette smell, most probably previous visitors smoked inside There was broken faucet in the second floor bathroom, but it was fixed in couple days Could be a little bit noisy, because you are too close to couple bars
