7.0Sehr gute Lage in direkter Nähe zu Supermarkt, Pasticceria, Bar und Käseladen, Zentrum fußläufig, schöner Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, geräumige Wohnung
− etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Sofa und Matratzen etwas alt, Ausstattung teils veraltet, tagsüber etwas Autolärm von der Hauptverkehrstraße, Wohnzimmer relativ dunkel (trotz Hochsommer meist Nutzung von Licht durch Lampen notwendig)
