Short walking distance to one of the best sunset beaches, and a 10 min drive with free parking to a swim/ surfing beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well as a Super Económico in the same town we visited daily. Also the best dog in the world lives here his name is Pancho.

The apartment is very well located,easy to find very modern,I wld say it s quite new.I too found everything very comfortable,plenty of good furniture,good ceiling fans and AC and the shower + bathroom are exceptional.I wld return in a heartbeat if business takes me to that part again.10 out of 10 and very well done Carolina!!

Really a very nice apartment, spacious ... and calm (away from the crowd in the center). Fully equiped kitchen. And at a short driving distance from the center. So a really nice location.

− The residential complex and its parking were asy to find. But once arrived there, the building (green and white) was almost impossible to find in the dark; it took 30 minutes and the help of three other residents to find that building (we could not reach the host). I recommend the host would provide a better explanation as to where the building is and how to get there. Colors cannot be seen in the dark. But this was only a minor (and funny) inconvenience. I still recommend this place.

Large apartment with terrace, not far from the beach and with nice restaurant accross the street.

Large space, many facilities, super clean, very comfortable. You get the feel of the jungle and can hear birds and sometimes monkeys. Carolina is extremely helpful and lovely.

Great apartment and host. Beautiful decor throughout and a grood size bedroom, bathroom living area, and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, coffee maker, hot plate, rice maker, blender, and all the crockery, etc. you could need. I've seen some other reviews mention lack of air conditioning, but this wasn't a problem for me as the apartment is large and airy, is in a location that benefits from the shade of the surrounding trees, and the ceiling fans were quite sufficient despite being there at the hottest time of year. Just a few mins walk to the beach, supermarket, and the handful of eateries Mal Pais has to offer. Also, only about 5km from everything Santa Teresa has to offer but so much more peaceful than staying in that busy and noisy area itself.

− There is some construction happening close by, luckily they were on holiday for most of my stay but it was a bit disturbing when they were there. Hopefully, that will be complete soon. It looked to me like it was approaching completion. Sometimes, I had issues with WiFi.
