− - L'odeur de tabac dans l'appartement, malgré l'aération continue du logement - la salle de bain vétuste avec parois de douche cassée (scotchée ouverte, pas moyen de ne pas inonder toute la salle de bains) - la bouilloire sale et rouillée ? - la plaque électrique hors de fonction - l'entrée de l'immeuble en travaux - la musique des cafés avoisinants, forte une bonne partie de la nuit.
