3.0Die FW ist im Grunde gut, liebevoll eingerichtet, alles vor Ort was man benötigt…, da die Wohnung unterm Dach ist, ist sie natürlich auch bei viel Sonnenschein sehr warm (nicht zu ändern)
− Die FW war sehr dreckig, die Türen waren teilweise schmutzig, der Kühlschrankgriff sowie die Bedienknöpfe vom Herd waren dreckig, der Kühlschrank selbst war teilweise beschädigt und vereist. Die Dusche, bzw. die Duschumrandung war eine Zumutung, Nach unserer Beschwerde wurde die Wohnung gereinigt…, nach der Reinigung sah es nicht viel besser aus. Nach der 2. Beschwerde bot man uns die kostenneutrale Abreise an, ohne uns eine andere FW anzubieten. Diese FW in diesem Zustand ist ein absolutes No-GO

8.0Helle Wohnung, gemütlich eingerichtet. Genügend Platz für die Familie.
− Es waren Kleinigkeiten, enger Parkplatz wegen der Absperrung, Kleinigkeiten in der Küche die mir fehlten. An heißen Tagen hätte ich mir eine Klimaanlage gewünscht (Luxusproblem)
