10.0I had a plan to explore Balchik through the camera lens and to bring a tribute to the specific branch of postimpresionism painting which started there at the begining of the century and this place was perfect as location for me to reach my goal. The host was verry nice and helpful. The place was clean and I loved to drink my morning coffe on the terrace which had a view to the Black Sea. When I will visit Balchik again

− Was man wissen sollte, aber nicht direkt die Unterkunft selbst betreffend, sondern die Umgebung: Sehr laute Musik von der Strandbar bis nach Mitternacht. Störende, laute Abluft-/Klimaanlage vom benachbarten italienischen Restaurant. Anregung: Man könnte hier mit einfachen Maßnahmen Abhilfe schaffen: Lautsprecher anders platzieren und Richtung Meer drehen (Richtcharakteristik) und kleine Wand/Einhausung vor die Abluft/Klimaanlage aufstellen
