Good position. Could dp with a few upgrades.
7.0Good space and good location for getiing buses around the island. Plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. It has good views of the bay.
− Stove top is very old with old style hotolates that worked okay but took a while to heat. The bbq worked but was old and gave limited heat. The steak did not sear. It has road noise during the day.

10.0The location was perfect for us.Easy walk to either Acadia or Nelly Beach 3 bed rooms was great for three pensioners who sometimes don't sleep so well.Good BBQ and all the kitchen facilities we needed.
− Down side was a smelly fridge and rubbish bin that needed cleaning
Once we had Air Con it was great
