Großartige Unterkunft in perfekter Lage!
9.0Die Wohnung war angenehm kühl und trotzdem hell. Die Lage gegenüber Libreria Acqua Alta war für uns perfekt! Man ist rasch am Fondamente Nove, Rialto, San Marco, etc. Glücklicherweise gab es nahezu schalldichte Fenster! Es war fast alles vorhanden was wir für einen Urlaub in einem Appartement brauchen. Die Einrichtung war schön hell und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Genügend Steckdosen, auch beim Bett, vorhanden. Ebenfalls viel Geschirr und kleine Grundausstattung wie Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Essig, Öl standen zur Verfügung. Zum Putzen gab es auch reichlich Material! Die Klimaanlage haben wir nicht gebraucht aber es gibt eine. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
− Leider keine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche. Allgemein fehlen Haken an den Wänden um etwas aufzuhängen. Vor allem im Bad. Der Kleiderkasten hatte kein Fach, nur eine Kleiderstange mit 4 Kleiderhaken. Auch sehr wenig, wenn man zu zweit ist. Die Tischchen im Schlafzimmer könnten z. B. auch Laden haben, um Kleidung unterzubringen. In der Küche wäre ein Toaster hilfreich. Die Düse des Haarföns war kaputt und nicht benutzbar. Allgemein war er etwas veraltet.

10.0The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything. Good shower, comfy big bed, quiet at night. We didn’t switch the air con on, as it was lovely and cool in the apartment.

9.0Les échanges avec la propriétaire à la suite de la réservation et pour se procurer les clés ont été très cordiaux. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif. Très bien situé pour visiter Venise à pied, prendre le vaporetto pour les îles et pour l'aéroport. Très bien équipé. La literie du lit est très correcte. Le canapé lit...est un canapé lit! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
− Il manque peut-être une petite tablette pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain.
