− Non mi è piaciuto l'orario del check-in: si può entrare solo fino alle 18:30 e, dopo quell'orario, viene addebitato un supplemento di 50,00 €. Ero stata avvisata in anticipo, ma nonostante ciò non ho apprezzato questa politica, perché dipendiamo dagli orari dei treni, del vaporetto e degli altri mezzi di trasporto. Sono già stata diverse volte a Venezia e questa è la prima volta che mi viene richiesto un costo aggiuntivo per un check-in dopo le 18:30. Inoltre, alcune cose della casa mi hanno infastidita, come alcuni dettagli arrugginiti presenti sulle pareti.

Le séjour a été parfait.
9.0Le logement est très bien situé (à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la place Saint-Marc, de l'Arsenal et du vaporetto Fondamente Nove). Nous étions 5 et la taille de ce logement était parfaite. Le confort de l'appartement est très appréciable et il est décoré avec goût. La présence d'une machine à laver est également un plus.
− La cuisine manque d'équipement : il n'y a pas de râpe à fromage, pas l'essoreuse à salade, pas de plat à gratin, pas de bols, pas de théière, la bouilloire est petite pour une famille, de même que le fétou.
