La ubicación, el tener un garage propio y amplio, para los que no nos gusta "tirar" el coche en cualquier sitio. La casa en general tiene de todo lo necesario.
− Por poner alguna pega, que el sistema de aires acondicionados, les costaba soltar aire caliente,......pero llevando un tiempo ambos, se mantenía caliente la casa, siendo unos días fríos. Pero frío no se pasa.
