Lo único bueno, la ubicación, a 5 minutos de la plaza San Marcos.

− Para empezar, este no es el alojamiento dónde nos quedamos, a pesar de haberlo reservado hace más de tres meses [porque entre otras cosas, tenía ascensor y a la gente con la que viajaba le venía bien por temas de salud] cuándo accedí a las instrucciones para entrar en el apartamento, me doy cuenta de que no era éste al que íbamos, sino a otro completamente distinto, más antiguo y con escaleras hasta el tercer piso. Me pongo en contacto con ellos y me ponen la excusa de que el aire acondicionado no funciona, me ofrecen otra alternativa en la otra punta de Venecia, con unas reseñas espantosas y además cutre a más no poder y ya por último la opción de devolver el dinero si encuentro algo mejor, [imposible teniendo en cuenta que un día antes, esto no es factible,[. Con mucha resignación, una vez que entramos, el apartamento en si, tenía partes de suelo rotas, muebles de la época de Cuéntame como pasó, luces fundidas y agua en el suelo de la cocina [lo cuál avisé para que limpiaran] ducha con agua fría y sin presión y así podría seguir enumerando despropósitos. En definitiva, un robo a mano armsda. No caigáis en la trampa de escoger este apartamento porque es el reclamo y os reubicarán en los que la empresa SARLUX quiera. Mi consejo es que si veis este nombre, huyáis. Por lo demás, Venecia, es Venecia. Sarlux, estafadores.

The location was perfect

− A/C was broken when we arrived along with the clothes washer.

We absolutely loved the location, It was easy to get to, with no steps or stairs on the short route from the water taxi or water Bus nearby! Location is very central, right off Saint Mark Square and in the middle of everything…. However it’s very quiet In the evenings and early morning because it is a shopping area😁 There was a small set of stairs inside the apartment building, but essentially if you cannot do those, there’s no point in visiting Venice because everything is bridges and steps, et cetera. Lots of areas nearby to eat and drink. Within walking distance of all the main attractions such as Rialto bridge, Saint Mark Square….. Well equipped apartment with everything needed, the bathrooms are small but these are old buildings in the centre of Venice so it’s what I would expect…. Everything still in working order, Which is the main thing😊

− Mattresses on the beds were not great and those on the twin beds were most uncomfortable so if they could be changed the apt. would be perfect!

Location good, no one to check you in. A.C. has been broken, as well as washing machine. Two fans made it barely livable for 1 night, but a refund seems to be coming as promised. Recommendations to hotel CasaNova across streetwas excellent. Fosca, a front desk woman there was fabulous.

− NO AC - broken for how long? Or does it exist? No check in person to help. A bit worn out facilitates

Struttura bella la posizione vicino San Marco

− Tutto da migliorare l'aria condizionata non funzionante e abbiamo sofferto il caldo frigo da cambiare non raffredda niente quindi l'acqua sempre calda da rivedere tutti i servizi

Very central and cleaned

− The apartment was nice but there was a constant stuffy air despite we were keeping the windows open. I recommend the cleaners should keep the windows open to allow air to circulate much before checking in.
