Легке заселення. Безконтактний доступ. Господар завжди на звʼязку. Авто можна припаркувати біля будинку на платному паркінгу або у безкоштовно дворі, за наявності місця. Апартаменти відповідають опису. Чисто. Зручне розташування. Поруч набережна.

− Не було банних рушників, та мало постільної білизни для чотирьох осіб. Але це мабуть випадково. Ще не вистачало келихів для вина чи ігристого. Було б добре їх додати. Загалом все добре. Чудові апартаменти.
