9.0Sin duda la localización y las vistas de las habitaciones a uno de los canales, impresionante. Si no te importa madrugar muchísimo, es perfecto, en caso contrario no lo recomiendo porque desde muy, muy temprano, están pasando los barcos..

10.0Posizione ottima, ti affacci e sei sul canale.. stazione di Rialto, che collega diverse tratte tra cui anche l’aeroporto, a 2 minuti a piedi.. zona tranquillissima, passeggiando tra le strade di Venezia ti trovi senza accorgertene a Piazza San Marco da un lato, e dall’altro a Cannaregio.. posizione ottima per visitare tutta Venezia!!! La signora Nadia molto disponibile ad ascoltare le esigenze degli ospiti.. super consigliato.

− Encontrarlo es difícil, no está bien señalizado. El número está escrito a mano y borroso sobre el timbre. El microondas no funciona, sería bueno contar con elementos básicos que ayudan mucho en estadías cortas (servilletas, jabón, shampoo) cómo suele haber en estos alquileres.
