Lage war super, kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe, gute Ausstattung

− Spinnennetz und Spinnen in fast allen Ecken, sogar auf Küchenutensilien und -schränken. Bausubstanz fragwürdig, Trockenbau nicht fertiggestellt. Durch Bruchsteinwand sehr feucht und muffig, sodass keine Kleidung getrocknet ist.
