− Unfortunately, the communication with the host was one of the worst experiences I have ever had on Booking.com. She asked us through wassup to cancel our reservation (which was not free cancelation) after she confirmed it, then stopped communicating and came back & agreed to host us only 5 hours prior to our check-in time. The host later denied ever sending the WhatsApp messages, despite the messages clearly coming from the same person (same name&number). Upon arrival we were required to pay in cash and also provide a cash security deposit.

7.0The view from the building is fantastic. The building itself (renovated) and the possibility to lay on the balcony are perfect as well.
− Facilities could be improved (coffee machine etc.) in the structure. Water (for shower/washing) was salty .. in whole Pedast, The communication could be easier: the phone number on booking (no WhatsApp) isn’t the one provided later (WhatsApp), messaging certainly would be an advantage if timelines (time for border crossings) are uncertain. Might have missed it: there are quite a few stairs to get down/up to the center.
Host couldn’t have been more helpful. Enjoyed the property, but could be improved with some new furniture.

− It isn't very homely and some of the equipment is basic. The towels are tiny, there's no coffee maker and the shower is tired.

10.0The whole apartment is great. The terrace is a beautiful, spectacular view of Boka Kotor Bay.
− The shower is a bit small and there's a single bed in one room, even though it is stated that it is for 2 people. So if you are going in a group someone has to sleep on the extra bed in the living room.
