4.0Ampi spazi dentro e fuori, parcheggio nella proprietà.
− Appartamento decisamente datato, con mobili rotti (es, un’anta dell’armadio rotta, maniglie delle porte rotte, materasso in una stanza sfondato, scopino del bagno arrugginito). La cosa peggiore è la totale mancanza di pulizia. Ho fatto presente la cosa all’agenzia che gestisce l’appartamento al nostro arrivo, la quale ha mandato un’addetta alle pulizie immediatamente, che ha pulito alcune superfici da noi indicate, ma la situazione richiedeva un intervento più approfondito di pulizia (abbiamo trovato tende macchiate, la tovaglia dell’esterno piena di gelato secco, un cotton fioc sul comodino, polvere ovunque, il bagno sporco,..). Al check out abbiamo ribadito la cosa all’agenzia, ma l’addetto ha minimizzato la cosa dicendo che sono già a conoscenza della situazione.

7.0Bello spazio esterno attrezzato e vivibile. Stanze ampie. Ottima posizione.
− La casa necessita di qualche piccola miglioria: cancello guasto, bagno intasato (aggiustato durante il soggiorno).
