Lindo lugar con todo lo necesario, zona tranquila sin ruidos. Se duerme muy bien. Hay un mercado en la otra cuadra y variedad de comercios en las cercanías

Tem supermercado, metro, bares, ponto ônibus, tudo perto. Tem até máquina de lavar roupa e louça. Atendimento via zap funciona, entram em contato já 1 dia antes. A porta do apto eles abrem a distâncias na chegada e a porta fica na calçada. Ambas situacoes para o Brasil é estranho, mas comum e seguro em Madri. Local e super tranquilo, sem barulho. Voltaria com certeza. Ha estacionamento grátis, há uns 7 min de uber do local, em bairro ao lado. Eu deixei o carro distante, pois utilizei só metrô.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pedro&Maria were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. If we come back to Madrid, we would definitely stay here again :)
