− Driveway access needs to be a consideration for some. Although plentiful space, it is definitely more suited to cars and 4x4’s than vans. Limited height in carport. Steep street approach twisting down into driveway

− The kitchen utensils and kit could do with an upgrade but that was the only tiny issue.
