8.0very good located, oprate by a stuff from a hostel near by. a good solution for long period of stay (we had it for 13 days).
− The only poor thing was that the elevator stoped working dor about 3 days...

− La pulizia è pessima. Capelli ovunque, briciole, polvere, macchinetta del caffè sporca/macchiata e non parliamo di certi aspetti del bagno. Appartamento piccolo rispetto alle foto. Impossibilità di prendere anche solo un po' d'aria fuori al minuscolo balconcino, con ringhiera traballante. Non mi è piaciuto che siano entrati in camera il secondo giorno per prendere solo una parte della spazzatura e non fare altro. Il quartiere è centrale, ma di sera non è sicuro. Per la gestione e l'accoglienza ho visto di meglio.
Perfect for a three day visit to Madrid
9.0The apartment had all the basics and had what we needed for a three night stay. It was a great location. The staff were helpful when needed and spoke excellent English. The road was not too noisy and there was a small grocery store next door which was very convenient.
− We had trouble finding the utensil drawer and feel a label could help.
