6.0Appartamento con molto potenziale, spazioso e luminoso in zona molto comoda alla metro e alla stazione treno. 3 bagni e grande balcone. Grande cucina dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Zona soggiorno molto amplia e accogliente con TV e console giochi. Quartiere residenziale con bar, ristorante e supermercati a pochi minuti a piedi. La struttura e l appartamento in generale sembrano abbastanza nuovi o rinnovati da poco. David non l' ho incontrato personalmente ma si è dimostrato molto disponibile e reattivo nel supportarci telefonicamente e risolvere alcuni problemi nel minor tempo possibile.
− All' arrivo, l' appartamento era sporco, doccia e vasca sudicie, i letti non cambiati, con teli macchiati e ingialliti. Per la prima volta ho dovuto chiamare il proprietario per risolvere la questione nel minor tempo possibile. Per la prima notte ho potuto accedere a biancheria pulita per rifarmi i letti. Nonostante David si sia attivato subito per mandare il servizio di pulizie la mattina successiva, la cosa ha inciso pesantemente sulla serenità del soggiorno. In generale, l appartamento necessita di una seria e supervisionata pulizia approfondita (quella fatta dal servizio di pulizie è molto superficiale) che includa tappeti, sedie, divani, mobili della cucina che non vengono puliti da tempo. L'appartamento non è adatto per chi è ha un sonno leggero o è sensibile ai rumori. Dalle 5 del mattino a oltre mezzanotte aerei in decollo o atterraggio passano sopra il palazzo ogni 2-3 minuti con forte rumore anche con finestre chiuse. 3 bagni, tutti non finestrati e senza aspiratore. 1 senza coperchio dello sciacquone. Flusso d acqua da docce e lavandini molto scarso. Dotazione per host molto scarsa: Carta igienica al minimo, sapone mani al minimo poche stoviglie e posate in dotazione per un pasto a casa in 6 persone.

10.0Departamento muy amplio, cómodo y limpio. Muy fácil de llegar gracias a las explicaciones del anfitrión. Excelente ubicación. Sin duda volveríamos.

9.0地點非常方便，離公車和地鐵站都很近，最重要的是還有停車位! 雖然屋主一直很擔心我們的大車(七人座休旅)停不進去，但因為駕駛技術太好，所以沒問題。(車位很大，只是轉角處要非常非常小心) 公寓非常寬敞明亮，附近也像是公園一樣，在這裡住宿覺得很舒服。
− 拿鑰匙的過程有點像在尋寶，還好屋主給的照片很清楚，不然實在很難用文字說明。
