3.0− Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft. Meine Erwartungen waren wirklich nicht hoch – ich habe lediglich erwartet, dass die Angaben der Unterkunft der Realität entsprechen. Leider war das überhaupt nicht der Fall. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig. Der Wasserhahn spritzt seitlich Wasser heraus, die Gardinen sind kaputt und auch die Balkontür ist beschädigt. Insgesamt wirkt alles alt und ungepflegt. Besonders enttäuschend waren die falschen Angaben zur Lage. Der angebliche Privatstrand ist weder privat noch nur 200 Meter entfernt. Die angegebenen 5 Minuten Fußweg stimmen überhaupt nicht. Der Weg ist deutlich länger und zudem super gefährlich. Auch die Bilder auf Booking sind sehr irreführend. Sie vermitteln den Eindruck, dass die Unterkunft direkt am See liegt, tatsächlich befindet sie sich jedoch weit oben am Berg. Die Fotos entsprechen einfach nicht der Realität. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und kann diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Wer Wert auf ehrliche Angaben und eine gepflegte Unterkunft legt, sollte sich lieber etwas anderes suchen.

9.0Appartement super propre, bien équipé, piscine très agréable, résidence très calme, vue à couper le souffle.
− Chaleur : il n'y a pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs sont mis à disposition et fonctionnent bien. Emplacement : obligation de tout faire en voiture.

6.0Skvělý výhled z pokoje na Lago Maggiore, velký a teplý bazén, klidný zahradní komplex, garáž k dispozici, nová koupelna, fungující internet.
− V pronájmu navzdory ceně není zahrnuto ložní prádlo ani ručníky. Případný pronájem ložního prádla stojí 25 € na osobu, za což si koupíte úplně nové povlečení ve Verbanii. Apartmán by měl být čistější, terasa nebyla úplně uklizená a nádobí umyté. Postel byla příliš měkká, takže při otočení druhý nadskočí. V bytě není odkapávač na nádobí (ale nesmyslně jsou dva dřezy). Teplá voda teče poměrně divně asi díky staršímu plynovému kotli. Klika na balkon se téměř rozpadává. Garáž je příliš úzká, se zrcátky na každé straně byly tak 2 cm místa. Bazén je vzdálený asi 250 m od apartmánu. Soukromá pláž je asi 800 m lesní stezkou strmým kopcem (rychlejší je snad jít po silnici), ale hlavně se na pláži nesmí koupat. Je určená pouze pro slunění u soukromého přístavu. Vzhledem k absentujícím chodníkům v okolí nemá smysl případná rezervace pro někoho, kdo nepřijede autem.

− Möbel alt, unbequem. Terrassentür nicht schließbar. Dunstabzug ohne Funktion. Griffe an Möbel fehlt. Steckdose Bad nicht bedienbar. Sauberkeit der Böden schlecht.
