A farmhouse vibe with modern decor 😍
10.0A beautiful contemporary, generously sized home 🏡 run by Anna and her family, this place has everything you would need: super-comfortable beds and pillows, cozy bedspreads, well-designed lighting, a huge bathroom, and a kitchen-cum-dining style area with a modular kitchen. There is an extra, comfortable foldable cot, plus a sofa that opens up into a comfy bed. There is a small garden beside her home with a swing and a hammock for those lazy evenings with a book, which is also home to bee-farming 🐝, rabbits🐇, super-friendly dogs🐕 and their very own greenhouse. There are mosquito nets on the windows, which, in my opinion, is a big plus. The main city square is about 7–9 minutes away by Yandex 🚕 (about 700–900 AMD, depending on peak hours), and so is the Yerevan City supermarket. There is also a mini-market close to Anna's home, about a 4–5 minute brisk walk away. Anna is a warm, friendly, and down-to-earth gal 😍 with a super big heart. I'll let the pics say it all, but I highly recommend this modern-day farmstay vacay. Come to Gyumri, to Ecohouse, where the people are warm and really friendly, and the weather and food of Gyumri are on a whole other level 🤩 I do hope we get to come back here again ♥️

10.0Останавливались семьёй в данном месте. Всё прошло замечательно. Тихое, уютное место. Заселились сразу по прибытию. В доме есть все необходимое для проживания. Приятные, отзывчивые хозяева. Спасибо!!
Idéalement placé, beau logement
10.0Le lieu était idéalement situé, très calme mais proche du centre et de toutes les commodites. Anna et sa famille ont été adorables et à l’écoute. L’appart était super, avec du café, propre et grand.
