Très jolie résidence, parfaitement équipée et confortable, au calme et le garage est un atout. Tramway et bus à proximité pour se rendre au centre de Genève

Die Lage, das Quartier, die Ruhe und die Zentrumsnähe wären eine gute Voraussetzung für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Mit Tram ist man schnell im Zentrum von Genf.

− Das Hauptproblem war die Heizung resp. das Heizungssystem. Das Poolhouse war nicht vorgeheizt, bei unserer Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr kalt und trotz aller Bemühungen, auch mit Ihrer Unterstützung des Gastgebers bekamen wir die Wohnung nicht warm. Das Klimagerät (kalt & warm) schaltete immer wieder aus und musste neu gestartet werden. Das Haus ist aus unserer Sicht mit diesem Heizungssystem nicht wintertauglich. Auch die Sauberkeit und Hygiene hat Luft nach oben. Auch der Eingang und die Garage kommen durch Lagerung von Bau- u. Freizeitmaterialien nicht gerade einladend für eine Ferienunterkunft daher.
