aangenaam en net appartement op de 1e verdieping; mooi terras met uitzicht op de omringende bergen; de villa is gelegen op een groot privéterrein verwijderd van de straat; privéparking; de eigenaar woont op het gelijkvloers maar je hebt volledige privacy; de eigenaar spreekt Duits; de villa is goed gelegen om het Comomeer en het Valtellina te verkennen

− geen microgolf; geen beveiligde wifi en dus niet bruikbaar; geen handdoeken inbegrepen (enkel keukenhanddoek); beddengoed wel inbegrepen maar je moet je bed zelf opmaken; geen verduistering mogelijk in de slaapkamer; de douchekop is dringend aan vervanging toe

We absolutely loved this house! We stayed on the second floor, and everything was spotless and neat. The views from the windows are simply breathtaking. The kitchen is very well-equipped with a gas stove, fridge, and plenty of cookware — we had everything we needed to enjoy breakfast and dinner at home. The yard is great too, with swings and a volleyball net. The hosts are lovely, very helpful, and live right downstairs on the first floor. The house is very solid - the owner built it himself, so everything is well-thought-out for living. There is also a balcony where you can relax and have meals.

− A few things to note: towels are not included in the price, and there is no dishwasher, but honestly, it didn't bother us at all. Also, heating comes at an extra cost, but we didn't need it as the house was already warm enough. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The hosts were amazing. Very friendly and warm. The place was comfy and big for us two and our dog & cat. The property has a large garden and is far from the road. Our dog was happy to run around and it was quiet

− Bed was a standard 2 meter long. That's on the short side for me. I'm 1.92m and can't really stretch my legs much unless I'm diagonal. It's a bit of a walk to the town. We knew this before though, so it wasn't a big deal for us. The upside of this was having to pass Dolcemania to eat gelato.
