8.0Very clean, location was close to the metro, hosts were responsive and very nice.
− The windows were street facing, so you couldn't really pull the blinders off, it was a bit dark in the room because of this. I would also have liked to have some slippers to walk around the house. The safe also closed with a bit of difficulty.

8.0Eine hübsche kleine Wohnung, aber für Berlin schon fast wieder gross. Gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut (Neu-Kölln). Lidl direkt gegenüber und nettes Quartier direkt um die Ecke.
− Die Lüftung im Bad ist recht laut.

7.0Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung waren mehr als gut. Die Küche ist vor allem richtig gut ausgestattet. Sauberes Badezimmer. Direkt gegenüber ein Lidl zum Einkauf. Fußläufig einiges an Restaurants und nicht weit zu den S, U- Bahnstationen.
− Das Bett mit Federkernmatratze und was sich darunter befindet nicht so gut. Ab und zu sollte man auch wenn da steht das Klappbett nicht hochklappen, darunter sauber machen!
