Stad nog steeds erg leuk ook al is het appartement mwah.
7.0De ligging in het centrum van Cognac.
− Het is twee etages hoog, zonder lift. De keukeninrichting is heel minimaal. Het appartement is gehorig; we hebben twee weekendnachten mogen meegenieten van harde muziek en thuiskomende mensen. De vooraf vereiste borg van maar liefst € 350 slaat nergens op en wordt traag terugbetaald. De info over parkeren is prima. Tip: Regel een parkeerplaats en verreken dat in de prijs.

− Les poêles et les casseroles qui sont un peu usées et fatigués par les années, dommage ! Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour :)

8.0Hyvä sijainti, erittäin viihtyisä asunto ja mukava patio. Puhtaat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet.
− Ruoanvalmistusvälineet vaativat päivitystä (esim paistinpannu, puukot puuttuivat). Käsienpesuaine (wc) olisi hyvä kuulua hintaan. Majoittuessa on herkkäunisten hyvä huomioida asunnon alapuolella oleva (musiikki)baari ja sen äänet (avoinna to-su klo 2 asti). Muuten alue erittäin rauhallinen.
