10.0Вельмі прыемны мужык, размаўляе на ангельскай і нямецкай мовах. Засыпаў нам смачнай кавы ў кававарку, правёў інструктаж па выкарыстанні абсталяваннем кватэры. Было прыемна пагутарыць.

10.0Atmospheric apartment with thoughtful details. Great location near the metro and a wonderful Italian restaurant in the same building. Fresh bean coffee was a nice touch. Special thanks - the host kindly gave us a ride on the departure day when the metro was not working.

− Absolut unfreundlicher Gastgeber. Anreise war nicht möglich.Der Gastgeber hat aufgrund von falschen Angaben( Vortäuschung von Nichtanreise) die Unterkunft storniert und das Geld behalten. Wir sind angereist und hatten keine Unterkunft.

2.0Das Einzige, was mir gefallen hat, war, dass ich wenigstens eine Rechnung per E-Mail für den stornierten Aufenthalt erhalten konnte und keine Rückerstattung bekam.
− Mein Aufenthalt hat mir größtenteils nicht gefallen. Der Check-in ist nur zwischen 15:30 und 16:30 Uhr möglich. Wer später anreist, kann nicht mehr übernachten. Es gibt keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit. Ich habe für zwei Tage bezahlt und fast 400 Euro ausgegeben, konnte aber nicht einen einzigen Tag nutzen. Absolut lächerlich.

9.0James is a very attentive host. The flat is in a quiet residential area, but conveniently situated on the U6 subway line that crosses Berlin from north to south. The U6 takes you straight to Kreuzberg or Mitte (Unter den Linden; Friedrichstrasse). There is a good little Italian restaurant in the same building. Clean towels, washing-up liquid, coffee beans were all available. The photos on the site are accurate.
− It might be an issue for some people that the flat is on the fourth floor without a lift. The host, James, very kindly carried my luggage up and down.
