5.0Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist einwandfrei gelaufen ,alles bestens .Die Lage war Top ,gute Bus und Bahnverbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants in der Nähe. Öffentliche Parkplätze kostenfrei verfügbar.
− Die Wohnung war sehr laut, dauerhafte Türe knallen, sehr lautes Haus man hörte die Leute draußen auf der Straße, Schlafen war sehr schwierig. Während des Duschen kamen Gerüche über den Abfluss in der Küche nach oben (unangenehm), als Erholung nicht zu empfehlen .Es sind zwar 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden diese sind aber nicht schalldicht , da die Wand oben rechts nicht ganz bis zur Decke geschlossen ist. Lüften kann man in einem der Schlafzimmer gar nicht (das Fenster ist nicht zum öffnen) Oberlichter funktionierten nicht. Das Doppelbett waren zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten in der Mitte war ein sehr breiter Streifen wo keine Matratze war das war unbequem.

− Die Eckbang in Küche ist sehr hard und unbequem längeres sitzen ist leider nicht möglich.
