10.0Ubicación perfecta.Apartamento cómodo con terraza. Baño amplio .Todo muy limpio colchón cómodo. Cocina bien equipada. Con todo lo que necesites tanto para cocinar como de uso personal. Dueño muy amable en todo momento. Nos recibió para informarnos como funcionaba todo. Super agradecidos.
− Muy incómoda la sabana inferior,para mi gusto demasiada áspera. A tener en cuenta la cocina no tiene campana extractora si cocinas y se genera mucho humo se dispara el detector. Por lo demás todo perfecto.
Comfortable apartment in great location
9.0The flat is spacious and well equiped. We were met at the flat and communication with our host was quick and easy leading up to arrival and after. The kitchen has all essentials that you would need. Excellent location, a few hundred metres from Spittelmarkt U-station. Good Netto supermarket just round the corner.

Please note that New Green Apartments has no reception. Guests are requested to inform the apartments in advance with their expected time of arrival and to provide a contact phone number. You are kindly requested to call at least 40 minutes prior to arrival in order to arrange the handing over of the keys. The contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Late check-in after midnight incurs a late fee of EUR 50.
