7.0Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich top! Besonders für kleine Familien empfehlen wir den Standort. Über die Straße ein kleiner Spielplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bin in 7 min erreichbar genau wie die Straßenbahn. Das Viertel ist wirklich toll, die Nachbarn waren auch sehr freundlich. Der Garten um das Haus herum war gepflegt und idyllisch. Die Wohnung selbst war in Ordnung. Viele verschiedene Schlafmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden. Mehr als 3 Erwachsene würde ich aber nicht empfehlen, da das Bad sehr klein ist. Schlüsselübergabe hat mit dem Safe an der Tür auch super funktioniert.
− Leider hat man gesehen und bemerkt das die Wohnung in einer alten Villa ist. Uns haben die kleinen Mängel (Wasserflecken an der Decke, Abnutzungsspuren an der Wand, schlecht verspachtelte Löcher...) nicht gestört, aber ich denke es wird Leute geben die es sehr stört. Auch die Ausstattung fanden wir etwas ungewöhnlich. Wir haben keinen Besen, Staubsauger oder Geschirrhandtücher entdeckt/gefunden. Gerne hätten wir selbst etwas sauber gemacht. Das Wlan hat sehr gezickt mit uns, aber mit ein paar "Nerd" tricks haben wir es zum laufen gebracht. Auch fanden wir das, für so viele Schlafplätze, eher wenig Stauraum im Schrank ist. Zu dritt hatten wir den Schrank voll. ( 2 Erw. 1 Kind)

10.0The location is perfect. About 7 mins walk from the local S bann station which is only 15 mins from the centre of Berlin. Lovely apartment with everything you need. The washing machine is located in the basement and is shared with the other apartments. It’s almost in the countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended
− Maybe some information on the bins, like which is for recycling etc and some new pillows
