9.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist schön und Alles ist sehr komfortabel.
− Das Badezimmer bzw. die Dusche/Badewanne ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Modernisierung wäre schön.

− The shower was a bit tight for a larger person such as myself, although I managed.
Wieder Athen, dann gern wieder die Wohnung. Preis-Leistung hervorragend. :)

− Brak ogrzewania w łazience jest bardzo odczuwalne w okresie zimowym. Dodatkowo łazienka jest stara brak oddzielnego prysznica będzie odczuwalna i uciążliwa, łazienka jest ciasna, zatkany odpływ wody spod wanny. Z powodu braku ciągłego ogrzewania w mieszkaniu zwłaszcza na przedpokoju czuć zapach stęchlizny , wilgoci. Na klatce czuć zapach oleju chyba ze starej kotłowni
