很糟糕
1.0優點：沒有優點
− 缺點： 1.停車位有一個圓形大水管 無法正常停車 且下雨無遮蔽 2.浴室跟馬桶是分開兩間的 馬桶在民宿門口 很奇怪的位置 而去空間很狹窄 馬桶房的燈跟門口的燈是用感應的 時間到會暗掉 等於你晚上大便到一半會熄燈 很可怕！ 3.同上 浴室內沒有馬桶 覺得不方便 洗澡洗澡一半會沒有熱水 需要重開熱水器 然後水的顏色很奇怪 在浴缸泡澡的時候覺得水沒有很清澈 浴室的排水不良 排水孔蠻髒的還有一堆頭髮 明顯沒有整理跟清潔 4.WiFi 無法正常使用 加上民宿內的電信訊號很差 網路超慢 我跟老婆兩家不同的日本原生電信ESIM都訊號很糟糕 等於在民宿的時間網路都超慢 5.房間很潮濕 也沒有附上除濕機或是烘乾機 雖然有附上洗衣機 但洗完了以後 衣服根本不會乾 電風扇吹了三天 受不了 終於找了附近的洗衣店的烘乾機處理 6.住宿期間 問了老闆WiFi 問題 完全無回應 但入住前問他問題 都是會回答 感覺很不好 7.客廳沒有冷氣 整個空間很悶熱 很不舒服 兩個房間 一個房間有一台冷氣 但根本沒有冷度 單純就是送風功能 而且運轉聲音很吵很大聲 超爛！另一個房間根本沒冷氣 只有一台電風扇 超爛！ 8.有一台微波爐 但用起來根本很兩光 時好時壞 超爛！

9.0집주인분께서 세심한 부분까지 신경써주시고, 숙박비에 비해 거의 모든 편의 시설이 갖추어져 있어서 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 특히 많은 수의 침대와 주차장, 바로 나오는 온수, 오타루 주요 관광지와 가까운 숙소위치가 마음에 들었습니다
− 히터가 성능이 좋아서 금방 따뜻해졌지만 방 온도가 너무 높고 건조해서 잠잘 때 애를 먹었습니다.

6.0場所が繁華街やコンビニに近かった。 ホストさんからの連絡がきちんとしてて、安心できた。 駐車場を2台利用出来た。
− やはり古さを感じました。 このお風呂なら寒くて入れないと思った。
