8.0Very near to city central. Property manager very cooperative
Be careful — the owner tried to enter the property without notice, pretended to be a cleaner.
2.0Only location is good. Too many rules.
− Be careful — the owner/host tried to sneak into the property without any notice. When she realized I was inside, she pretended to be a cleaner. She was literally putting the key in to open the room without any consent. The house was dirty. The kitchen utensils were extremely unclean and unusable — we had to buy our own. The lounge couches had dirty sheets, and it looked like all the furniture came from a local thrift store. and yes be careful of the washing machine and dryer it was filthiest.

Served its purpose for needing two bedrooms for two nights but wouldn’t stay again.
5.0Location. Facilitator Michele was responsive on text. Quick return of deposit. Chairs on balcony. Easy parking.
− Having to do bank transfers and share bank details. A lot of rules and many that conflicted between the various emails issued in advance. Couldn’t relax for fear of losing deposit for eg not returning the remote to the coffee table, felt the need to send a photo of the rubbish bin area for fear of being blamed for leaving items there (that were there on our arrival) + + Towels and sheets were very very worn out but were clean. Shower was clean but the place was generally dirty. Had to wash all the cutlery and glasses before using them. Ended up washing down two doors and the fridge door that had liquid spills on them - we didn’t cause the spills but the myriad of rules made us feel we would be blamed and deposit taken. Place needs a really good deep clean and repaint to feel clean.
