Big SPACE and the house clean

− Lift was not functioning the day we check out My mum have to use the staircase to go down to the lobby and from the top floor. And because of that she was sick for a week

Near to Airport

− Worst customer service ever. Didn’t know where to collect the keys.. Unable to reach the owner by phone or through chat. Finally got the key from the security but he was not sure if it was for which person but thankfully he gave the key to us. There was wifi but they didn’t provide any password for it.. Heater was not working in one of the bathroom. Didn’t provide soaps in any bathrooms.. balcony seats were broken. Didn’t provide proper blanket

All 3 rooms have good sized bed. The apartment was clean in terms of floor and toilet when we came in.

− The apartment is slightly rundown. Plaster ceiling peeling and falling apart in the master bedroom toilet and also entrance to the front door. The amenities were lacking. We had to ask for kettle, kitchen roll and extra garbage bags. Thankfully staffs were very responsive. The beddings were very basic with very thin cover and single sized blanket. You may need to bring your own blanket for comfort.

− The facility very poor. Parking spot not making sense. Better park at the visitor area. escalator not well maintained. Too much of checking point to get inside the property.
