10.0Sehr nette komfortable Wohnung unter dem Dach auf 2 Etagen, gut gelegen. Gemütlich, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles lief ohne Probleme, zuvorkommend Vermieter. Schönn, dass es einen Aussensitzbereich gab. Fahrräder konnten wir günstig über den Vermieter bekommen.
− Die Küche ist etwas spartanisch, es gibt aber viele Restaurants usw. in der näheren Umgebung. Für Frühstück reicht es und nicht aufwendige Gerichte. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden, auch eine Spülmaschine.

8.0Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und keine Probleme bei der Schlüsselübergabe.. Die Einrichtung entsprach den verwendeten Bildern und hat meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Die Lage der Wohnung war gut und zum Dorfzentrum ist es nicht weit gewesen. Alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
− Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig. Die zweite Duschkabinentür hat geklemmt und das Gluckern im Heizkörper war manchmal nicht zu überhören.
Meine Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt und ich würde wieder kommen, 🤩

− TV nicht mehr zeitgemäß, aber ich habe ihn fast nicht gebraucht bei dem schönen Wetter ❤️
