The place was perfect and the installations were great; we really enjoyed it.

− The wording used for the parking is not right. It needs to say specifically that the $10 per day fee per vehicle is mandatory.

La paloma was great. But we'll avoid booking with any Vacasa rentals in the future.

The property was well kept and secure. The pool was well maintained, and the views of the ocean and sunsets were fabulous. The property was very close to the beach and a few small restaurants. Grocery shopping was about a mile away, a short taxi drive. The kitchen was well equipped, and the unit was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite, and their lovely receptionist, Edele, helped us arrange private transportation back to San Jose.

− We were shocked to find that the apartment had not been cleaned after the last occupants. Dishes unwashed, dirty towels, unmade beds, dirty floors, unemptied garbage, etc. The local staff could not assist us as the property was being managed by a vacation property manager. It took a long distance call to the vacation property call center to send a cleaning crew before we could access the unit. The dishwasher also did not work.
