Ottimo appartamento dotato di ogni comodità e vicinissimo al centro storico di Baeza. Il proprietario molto gentile e molto rapido a rispondere ai messaggi. E' venuto di persona per consegnare le chiavi. Il parcheggio l'ho sempre trovato disponibile vicino a casa.

Buena ubicación, para acceder al centro y para salir con facilidad a otros sitios. Aparcamiento fácil, en la calle. Tamaño de la vivienda y que dispusiera de tres dormitorios.

− Falta de mantenimiento y de cuidado de los detalles, en general, que se podrían resolver con facilidad y con escaso coste (mangueras duchas estropeadas; falta de más perchas en los baños; iluminación escasa en dormitorios;...) . Casa fría, por problemas con la climatización, que no terminaron de resolverse, pese a una intervención del propietario,...
