Квартира здавалася мабуть веселим компаніям.
2.0Ціна, адекватний господарь.
− Дуже багато пилу, не працює телевізор, не працює пралка, меблі старі багато зламаних, пропалених цигарками.

2.0− Пыль,грязь(хотя сказали что убирает клигинг)стиральная машина не работает(но этот вопрос был закрыт) Ничего не соответствует фото!
Якщо вам дорогі ваші нерви і ви хочете відпочити із мінімальними зручностями - Вам точно не Сюди !
3.0Зручне місцерозташування , простора кімната .
− Перше : дуже дуже брудно , пил плями павутиння , відчуття що перед заселенням ніхто не прибирав . Друге : будівля недобудована , в кімнаті половина всього працює половина ні . Пральна машина не працює бо в ванній кімнаті не працює жодна розетка . Холодильник вмикається але за 2 дні нічого не на холодив , продукти викинулися. Занавіски біля спального ліжка порвані , висять на ниточці , саме вікно біля ліжка погано закрите чи то зламане , дуже чути вулицю та пропускає повітря . Ліжко та диван скриплять вже від старості , диван весь у волоссі та крихтах . Кухонне приладдя абсолютно все брудне , посуд жирний .. Трєтє : персонал на початку вічливий , але при першому непорозумінні погрожують викинути з помешкання , ображають та принижують - і це головний мінус ! Адже коли по вині персоналу виникло непорозуміння , вони не визнали того що самі помилилися і звернули все на нас і навіть коли від мене було запропоновано вирішення конфлікту , персонал все одно продовжив сперечатися і погрожувати тим що зараз вони прийдуть і будуть віч на віч говорити по іншому . Переписки в вотсапі видаляють звертаючи на те , що мешканці самі все видалили . В кінці запропонували проживання в іншому місці безкоштовно , але опісля таких погроз і розмов не мали бажання вестися на такі пропозиції .

− Очень тонкие стены. Слышно как соседи разговаривают, слышно проезжающие по дороге машины. Постельное бельё воняет, как будто его не стирали

10.0Рекомендую.Чудове розташування,все поряд ринок ,аптека ,супермаркет,кафе ,зупинка транспортна .Гарний номер ,все є .Чудовий хазяїн )))
