− 房間.客廳.浴室.廚房清潔程度待改進(我到現場還花了20分鐘打掃)
見晴らしは良い（3Fは海が見えるので）室内はそんなに清潔ではないので残念
5.0•部屋から海が見えた •ベッド2台、ソファベッド1台があったこと且つ寝心地が良かった •最低限の物は揃っている。（室内物干しが助かった） •洗濯機や洗剤もあるので洗濯できて助かる（欲を言えば乾燥機があればと思った）
− ※大前提にホテルも比べてようとはしていませんが、気になる点が多かったので申し訳ないですが述べます。 •基本的にお掃除が行き届いていない （洗面所の水を流すと溢れそうになる程、排水口が詰まっていた。早急に対応はしてもらえたが、何故チェックされていないのか疑問） •床が汚い •キッチンの下（扉収納）を開けるとすごく臭い •お風呂カビが多い
お部屋が広く、家族向けにとてもお薦めです。
9.0部屋が広く、ベッドも十分な大きさだった。 洗濯干し竿が充実していた。タオルも2日分置いてあった。 ダイニングテーブルが大きくて家族みんなで座れた。
− エレベーターは無いので、重い荷物は少し大変です。 コーヒーが置いてあると嬉しかった。 エアコンの調整が難しかった。（寒すぎたり付いているか判別が難しかった）
