− Being unable to communicate with the hosts was frustrating - contacted them 48 hours prior to arrival, 24 hours prior to arrival, 2 hours prior to arrival (phone, email, WhatsApp messenger, SMS, registration app) to inquire about check in and parking, and was unable to reach them.

9.0A beautiful apartment, well equipped, in an ideal location. Clear instructions for finding the place. The AC is only in the sitting room but there is a large fan which is very effective in the bedroom, and also screens out any possible street noise (though it's a pretty quiet town). Comfortable bed too.

10.0Fantastyczna lokalizacja w samym centrum starej części miasta. Piekny, przestronny I dobrze wyposażony apartament. W okolo mnóstwo lokali gastronomicznych
− Ilość wiadomosci i zawiłość ich treści ( nieaktualne filmiki wprowadzające w błąd). Spokojnie wystarczyłaby jedna wiadomosc na 24 godziny z aktualnymi kodami.

8.0parcheggio disponibile all'interno del cortile, appartamento proprio in centro a due passi dalla piazza e dai locali per mangiare, a 4 minuti a piedi dal castello, alloggio carino e comodo, c'è tutto il necessario anche per cucinare
− non sono riuscita a comunicare con l'host per dire che saremmo stati in 3 invece che due, all'arrivo ho dovuto sistemare da sola il divano per la terza persona, la camera matrimoniale è senza aria condizionata con il caldo di fine giugno e battendoci tutto il giorno il sole era un forno,
