Pesadilla en duplex céntrico labati ( suerte si reserváis )
1.0Nada! Y la propietaria, 0 responsabilidad ante un problema a resolver
− Que la propietaria tenía dos reservas a la vez del duplex y nos dejó fuera,teniendo la reserva realizada con antelación a la otra persona. Llegamos y las llaves no estaban en el cajetin ante nuestra sorpresa. La llamamos y nos aseguraba que estabamos dentro,cuando estabamos en el portal tirados con el equipaje a 35* en la calle. Lo unico que hizo ( o dijo que hizo ) fue llamar a booking para ver que pasaba y ya esta. En ningun momento nos ayudó a solucionar el problema que nos encontramos y la importo bien poco lo ocurrido. Diciendo que ya booking nos reubicaría y que ella no era la culpable de lo ocurrido. Así que tened cuidado si reserváis aquí,porque lo mismo teneis reserva compartida y la propietaria solo os mandara un WhatsApp a las 3H para ver si está todo bien ya. En cambio los vecinos que nos vieron ahí con las maletas en la calle tanto tiempo y con ese calor,súper amables con nosotros. Y booking,ni nos reubico ni nada después de más de 2h al teléfono con ellos. Decian que nos darían una solución pero te colgaban sin ayudarte y tenías que volver a llamarles. Tuvimos que buscarnos otro alojamiento y ahora veremos si pagan la diferencia de precio. Se lavaron las manos tanto la propietaria como booking. Increíble,pero cierto!
