Dom jest usytuowany na wzgórzu, co sprawia że z okien sypialni i salonu rozpościera się niesamowity panoramiczny widok na dolinę z Kurortem Oybin i klasztorem w centrum. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna i cicha. Gospodarz obiektu jest miły i pomocny, choć nie mówi po angielsku.
