Er is een ventilator gekomen nadat wij daarom vroegen. Wel pas na een dag. De douche is heel oke.

− 1. Wij kregen instructies om naar Flataid Apartment in Steinbergstrase te gaan, zonder dat dit aan ons gecommuniceerd was. Wij kwamen er bij aankomst achter dat we in een heel ander appartement waren geplaatst dan geboekt. Zodra wij hierover belden werd er gereageerd met verwarring. De meneer aan de telefoon belde later terug en gaf de reden dat dit een koeler appartement was dan Brauhausstrase. Daarom hadden ze ons zonder overleg in een ander appartement geplaatst. 2. De wifi was verschrikkelijk, er was geen stabiele verbinding 3. Er was geen stroom in de helft van de slaapkamer, waardoor wij dachten dat de TV kapot was 4. De toiletborstel brak ineens af. Heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. 5. Bij binnenkomst was er een spin van ongeveer 7 centimeter boven ons bed. Later vonden we er nog een in de gang. 6. De hitte was ondraaglijk. Er was geen airconditioning en geen ventilator, totdat wij hierom vroegen. 7. Communicatie was lastig. Ik kreeg een nummer door om vragen te stellen via Whatsapp. Ik heb dit meerdere keren gedaan, maar kreeg geen reactie terug.
