Wir waren zu viert und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung u. das Bad ist sehr sauber, toll u. geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm zum Schlafen. Eine Klimaanlage ist im Wohn- u. Schlafbereich vorhanden u. funktioniert bestens. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im Zentrum von Como, ist aber ruhig gelegen. Alles war bestens - absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

− Die Fugen im Bad könnten bei Gelegenheit erneuert werden, doch sonst alles tiptop!

A wonderful home away from home

The apartment is cozy, beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally functional. Its central location in the heart of beautiful Como made it easy to explore the city's most charming streets and attractions on foot. The host was incredibly helpful before our arrival, throughout our stay, and even after we checked out. His kindness and attention to detail truly made us feel at home. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Como.

Como was lovely.

Nice location and facilities.

− No lift to the top floor, which was an issue with luggage and a tight, steep staircase. The main fuse at ground level tripped 3 times, which had to be reset, which I couldn't find or do, so had to ask the next door neighbour. Not great, when very hot with no aircon (as no power) when trying to cook.

Beautiful!

Nick welcomed us in person. He was very friendly. We were able to check in really early. He was very helpful and gave us some suggestions about Como. The flat location is really suprised me. We parked near rail way. It was just 5 min walk. It was very center and close to everything. Room design is quite modern and I love ceiling windows. I wish we had more time.
