Perfect and safe location, gorgeous view and huge terrace to catch the sun and have some breakfast outside

Nice flat if the management company is changed. House of Travellers indeed!!!!

A great flat in a great location but the stay was ruined by the unhelpful “management“ company.

− This trip we have stayed in 20 flats and never had such bad service from the hosts. There was no controller for the heating and no attempt was made to resolve it. The registration portal crashed even though all the data had been uploaded. I asked for help but none was forthcoming despite multiple calls and messages. What should have been a great stay in a nice apartment got off to a bad start. Absolutely no nice touches in the flat - no washing powder or items in the fridge both of which seem to be increasing across booking.com accommodation.

A very good place and a lovely area to stay in.

Very good place, next to a lake, shops, and other places. Quite and safe area. A lovely and spacious terrace. Easy to understand key pickup process. Main train station is a 10-minute walk away, but there are bus stops next to the lake. If needed, there is an office where you can get help or request extra bed sheets e.t.c.

− We were informed about big fines for any damage, but the apartment already has visible wear and damage. In this context, the strict penalties feel a bit disproportionate to the condition of the property. This apartment needs maintenance and updating.
