− Rooms were not clean enough cockroach were there with AC leaking and bathroom fixtures failing

8.0Rooms are well furnished,neat & clean. Staff was co-operative and polite. Location of property is also good.
− Food was good . Restaurant is not being maintained upto the mark. Service needs improvement. Items in breakfast were limited. Also approach road to the property for a length of @ 2 to 3 kms is in bad condition & needs to be improved.
A deposit may be required at the property.
